Global accelerators interested in investing in Serbia

Four large international accelerators interested in investing in Serbian startups are on a three-day visit to Serbia, in order to learn more about specific local projects and investment opportunities, at the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS) and the SEE UP accelerator.

Representatives of the top management of Founders Factory, Alchemist Accelerator, Tenity and Startupbootcamp Italy, in a constructive conversation with the president of the CCIS, Marko Cadez, discussed the possibilities for investments in the innovative startup ecosystem of Serbia, which is growing impressively and setting new standards in business with innovative solutions, announced the CCIS.

The discussion, as stated, was aimed at identifying key sectors and prospective projects in which strategic funds could be invested, further strengthening the already existing innovation potential of the country.

Internationally recognized accelerators, with rich experience in various industries, also contribute to understanding the potential of the Serbian startup ecosystem. A young and dynamic community of entrepreneurs, along with modern infrastructure and a stimulating business environment, encourages technological progress and innovation, the CCIS emphasizes.

This interest in domestic startups confirms that Serbia is an attractive destination for investments in the high technology sector. Through open dialogue and the transfer of knowledge, international ties are also strengthened and opportunities for future joint projects are opened, the announcement says.
