Southeast Europe Investment Fund invested €11,550,000 in Dijamant Zrenjanin, another €17m in pipeline

The assembly of stockholders of Zrenjanin-based Oil Industry "Dijamant", following the reception of Southeast Europe Investment Fund for Strategic partner, have selected Administrative Board of 10 members, of which chairman is, assistant to director general, Dragoslav Radišić.

By investing €11,550,000, Investment Fund became the owner of 26.96% of stocks, with obligation to invest another €17m in the development of "Dijamant" within next three years. It will make possible for the biggest manufacturer of edible oil, vegetable fats and margarine in the Balkans to triple its production capacities.
