Efektiva calls on citizens to boycott big retail chains on Friday, January 31

The consumer protection association Efektiva has called on all citizens to boycott big retail chains on Friday, January 31. As the reason, Efektiva points out that Serbia has the highest prices in Europe.

They call on all the citizens to not buy anything in big retail chains on that day, and in their announcement they remind that consumers in Croatia have boycotted retail chains too and thereby reduced the income of those chains by as much as 47 percent.

- It is time for the consumers to strike back – they emphasize in their call.
