Management and employees to take over Zitosrem

Director of Zitomlin-based Zitosrem Radoslav Basaric, who acts together with all other members of the management and employees of that company, has announced the intention to take over the remaining 18% of shares that are not in their possession. This intention has emerged after last week's big transaction involving the acquisition of 10% of the company's shares by its managers.

The price of shares in that transaction amounted to RSD 2,750 a piece, which will probably also be the price offered by aforementioned bidders to remaining minor shareholders. On this level, the company's market capitalization amounts to RSD 194.4 million (EUR 1.9 million). In the previous business year Zitosrem registered a business revenue of RSD 1.06 billion, whereas the net profit amounted to RSD 67.5 million.
