Property of Staklopan Belgrade up for sale – Starting price RSD 202 million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the company Staklopan AD in bankruptcy from Belgrade has placed the second ad for the sale of the property of the bankruptcy debtor through public bidding.

The entire property of the company is up for sale, encompassing the office space in Peka Dapcevica Blvd with a total of 2,175 m2 and an additional 300 m2 without a building permit, an outlet at 19 Zila Verna Street, a broken passenger car Opel Vectra and the receivables of the bankruptcy debtor.

The starting price for the whole property is RSD 202 million.
