Terra Optima from Topola selling property in three lots – Starting price EUR 3.7 million

The bankruptcy administrator of the company Terra Optima from Topola has advertised the first sale of the property through public bidding, and the property is grouped in three lots. The starting price for all three lots is RSD 428,146,035, that is, around EUR 3.7 million.

Lot 1 consist of biological assets in the form of a sour cherry farm in Trgoviste, as well as the receivables of the bankruptcy debtor, and it is offered at a starting price of RSD 20,834,710.

Lot 2, whose initial price is RSD 149,272,455, among other things, encompasses property which includes an industrial facility – a cooling plant, land, as well as additional equipment and infrastructure.

Lot 3 includes immovable property in a location in Zuckovac, such as side facilities, a residential building, agricultural land, as well as an apple farm on 45.39 ha. The starting price of this property is RSD 258,038,870.
