After Pančevo, Subotica, and Niš, the residential community located on Major Zoran Radosavljević Street in Batajnica, within the Zemun municipality, has gained prosumer status.
The installed capacity of the solar power plant on the building’s roof is 10 kW. It was connected on December 24, 2024, and serves as an incentive for other residential communities in Serbia to follow the path of decarbonization.
Currently, there are four residential communities in Serbia that are prosumers, with a total installed capacity of 79.5 kW (Niš 50 kW, Subotica and Belgrade with 10 kW each, and Pančevo with 9.5 kW).
So far, 4,266 prosumer customers have been registered in the Register of Buyers-Producers of Electricity in Serbia, with a total installed capacity of 84.2 MW. Of these, 3,077 are households, 4 are residential communities, and 1,185 are other buyers-producers.
You can find the link to the Register of Buyers-Producers here, in the “Registers” section.
