Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy until 2030 adopted

Members of the government adopted the Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy for the period from 2025 to 2030, which sets new goals and measures in order to continue development in this area in line with new global trends.

This is an umbrella document and the starting point for other legal and planning documents in the field of AI, the government announced.

The Decree on the Establishment of the Official Statistics Plan for 2025 was also adopted.

The preparation of official statistics programs and plans is one of the most important segments in the process of intensive activities toward adapting to and harmonizing with the EU standards and practices.

The plan stipulates that official statistics activities, i.e., the implementation of statistical surveys and the provision of statistical indicators, are based on a five-year program adopted by the Assembly and annual applicable plans adopted by the Government of Serbia.
