Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic put a new modern wine production line into operation at Zvonko Bogdan Winery in Palic on Tuesday.
That is the 91st new-technology unit in Vojvodina to be co-financed by the province, through the Secretariat for Science and Technological Development.
Implementation of this project at the winery and various forms of cooperation have resulted in the employment of a total of 110 workers.
Over the last five years, over 21,000 people have got a job on the territory of Vojvodina thanks to the New Technology Program, and this winery, according to the words of Pajtic, is a result of brilliant "symbiosis" of our great artist Zvonko Bogdan and his popularity, private initiative, and the province's support.

The investment value of the program is about RSD 87.5 million, 20m of which were provided by the Government of Vojvodina.
The winery now has an up-to-date wine production line, made in Germany, which is unique in our country and this part of Europe.
Most of the products are exported to the European market, that is, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina, while only a small share is offered to consumers in Serbia. The projected annual gross revenue is EUR 4 million. The vineyards of Zvonko Bogdan Winery spans 56 hectares in the vicinity of Palic Lake.
