EXPO 2027 opens tender for showroom of specialized expo at Hall 5 of Belgrade Fair – Exhibition space to comprise six zones within the facility and exterior zone

The company EXPO 2027 doo has opened the tender for the preparation of the preliminary design, interior design, main design and execution of works on the setting up of the showroom of this specialized exhibition. Bids may be submitted by January 10, and as can be seen from the tendering documentation, the main location of the execution of works is the rented facility, namely, Hall 5 of the Belgrade Fair.

According to the documentation, the showroom (exhibition space) will be a pre-fabricated facility, consisting of six spatial zones within the facility – Zone 1 (lobby), Zone 2 (hall for presentations and special projections), Zone 3 (hall for meetings and business gatherings), Zone 4 (example of medium-sized international participants pavilion), Zone 5 (example of small-sized pavilion in the phase in which it is handed over to international participants for further development) and Zone 6 (zone for rest and relaxation and a gift shop). Let us remind that, not so long ago, at the end of last year, the company EXPO 2027 doo opened the public procurement procedure for the renting of a space for two years precisely for the needs of a showroom. The bid submission deadline at that tender was also short, and the procurement, whose estimated value was RSD 81.6 million with the VAT, was won precisely by the Belgrade Fair.
