Public presentation of Urban Project for construction of pedestrian-cycling bridge on the Sava between New Belgrade and Cukarica advertised

The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Belgrade has advertised the public presentation of the Urban Project for the construction of the pedestrian-cycling bridge across the Sava between New Belgrade and Cukarica. The documentation regarding this ad has not yet been published, so it is now known which concrete bridge it is, but according to the available information, it can be concluded that it is the pedestrian-cycling route near Ada Ciganilja, which has been announced by the city authorities for years and for which the Urban Project was prepared by the Institute of Transportation CIP.

The request for confirming the Urban Project was filed by the Agency for Spatial and Urban Planning on behalf of the City of Belgrade, that is, the Secretariat for Municipal and Housing Affairs and the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.

The public presentation will be held in the building of the City Administration of Belgrade at 43-35 27. marta Street (hall 2 in the semi-basement) from January 10 through 17, 2025, each work day from 9 AM till 3 PM.

The Institute of Transportation CIP got the job of designing the pedestrian-cycling connection between Omladinskih Brigada Street and Ada Ciganlija last year, following the opening of the tender for that job in November 2023 by the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.
