Zaab Group increases its stake in Voda Vrnjci to 17.2 percent

After a new big transaction on Monday, the off-shore company Zaab Group has increased its stake in the water bottling plant Voda Vrnjci to 17.2 percent, the Central Securities Register announced. In Monday's transaction, Voda Vrnjci's shares were sold at the price of RSD 4,600 a piece, setting the value of the company's market capitalization at RSD 528 million (EUR 5.1 million).

Voda Vrnjci is the third largest domestic water bottling plant, which operates under the control of Belgrade-based Ekstra-pet. In the previous business year Voda Vrnjci registered a business revenue of RSD 1.6 billion and the net profit of RSD 25.1 million. This year the company's management plans to generate a RSD 1.5 billion revenue.
