Company Napred Razvoj with partners makes bid for takeover of Energoprojekt Holding

The companies Napred Razvoj, Gradjevinsko preduzece Napred, Montinvest Properties and Jopag AG and Dobrosav Bojovic have made a bid for the takeover of 44.49% of the capital, that is, 4,819,596 shares of Energoprojekt Holding.

The bidder Napred Razvoj, together with the persons with which it acts, already owns a total of 6,013,996 shares of Energoprojekt Holding, that is 55.51% of the capital.

The bidder, as said in the bid, obliges to pay RSD 375 per share.

As said in the bid, the bidder does not intend to change the core activity of the target company or its place. The bidder will strive to improve the future operations of the target company, and it also intends to invest in a further development of the target company.

The intentions of the bidder are related to improving the working conditions and the material position of the employees, as well as to investing in improving the knowledge and skills of the employees.

– The bidder is making a bid to all the shareholders of the target companies that are owners of shares with voting rights and obliges to buy each share with a voting right, under the proscribed and published conditions – the bid says.
