Together for true values – ProCredit Bank gets Family Friendly Enterprise recognition

Years of efforts by ProCredit bank to establish a balance between the business life and the private life have been crowned by an important recognition – the prestigious “Family Friendly Enterprise” certificate.

Igor Anic, a member of the Executive Board of ProCredit Bank, received this certificate and plaque on December 3, 2024, at the bank’s premises in New Belgrade and stated on that occasion:

– For us, this certificate is proof that what we are already doing in our organization is very good and that, in addition to investments in employees through professional development, the numerous initiatives that we have with the aim of achieving a balance between their private and business lives are also a very important factor for creating an adequate working environment. ProCredit Bank will continue securing additional benefits in the next period as well, which will improve the working conditions and the quality of life for the employees even more.

The Family Friendly Enterprise certificate is awarded by BALANCE COMPANY CEE doo on behalf of the prestigious Ekvilib Institute from Slovenia.
