International company Stanton Chase assigns Talent Management award for 11th time

The international Executive Search Company Stanton Chase established the Talent Management award in 2014. This award is assigned annually to companies from different industries which develop and implement programs for its talented employees, or are generally dedicated to talent development through various programs.

This year we had a large number of contestants, all companies recognized in the market as truly dedicated to talent development through different programs or the cooperation with Universities.

The winner of the 2024 Talent Management award is Nestlé Adriatic S d.o.o.



This year, the jury decided not to grant special awards but to highlight five companies that distinguished themselves with exceptional Talent Management programs in a highly competitive environment. In addition to the winner, Nestlé Adriatic S, the TOP 5 for this year includes the following companies: Banca Intesa AD Beograd, Delta Holding, Generali Osiguranje Srbija ado, MediGroup.
