International tender has been published for the purchase of "Mobi 063" company and the licence for the network of mobile telephony 063, offers are being collected by May, 15th, 2006, and the lowest price the buyers can propose is 800 millions eur

Agency for privatization of Serbia and Republican agency for telecommunications have announced on April, 28th, 2006, a public call for participation at an international tender for sale of at least 70% of the share in Serbian-Austrian company "Mobi 063", and for the licence for network 063, which would be issued for 10 years period.

In the call, which was published in daily papers "Politika" and "Financial Times" has been underlined that candidates for prequalification on tender should deliver their "statements of interest" at the latest till May, 15th, 2006, till 4 p.m. local, in Belgrade.

Public openning of the "statements of interest" will be on the same day in front of Tender comission in the rooms of Agency for privatization.

Offerers would be invited to deliver a unique financial offer for 100% of the share in "Mobi 063" capital and licence for 063 network, but the offer has to be no less than 800 millions eur, out of which the tender winner should pay for the licence at least 20% of this amount, but no less than 320 millions eur.

Regarding conditions for tender candidates, in the public call has been stated that potential participants should have more than 3 millions phone subscribers, and that in the last revised fixal year have made a profit not bigger than 500 millions eur, and also they should be able to provide evidence of ownership structure and management organization.
