Lustica Bay opens sales office in Belgrade

The premises of the sales center for the Lustica Bay project opened today in Belgrade (at the address: 86b Omladinskih Brigada Street, building 14, outlet 1, West 65) in the presence of business partners, real estate owners and sales mediators on this prestigious residential project, and the media representatives with whom the project realizes close cooperation.

The opening of the Lustica Bay office in Belgrade is a logical step within the further development of the strategy of the biggest investment project in southeast Europe. The business community in the Serbian capital has for years now been recognizing Lustica Bay as a unique investment opportunity, but also an ideal place for a second home at the Montenegrin seaside.

Today, Lustica Bay is a community that one belongs to and home to over 500 families from more than 40 countries, including numerous families and investors from our region, and by the completion of the realization of the project, it is expected to number over 6,000 residents. The Lustica Bay sales office is located at the West 65 location, and it is open to all visitors from Monday until Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and on Saturday between 9 AM and 3 PM.
