Telekom Srbija acquires four companies

Telekom Srbija has acquired four companies, which have already been in its 100% ownership since February and April. This change has been announced by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), whereby the companies Krajnalic komunikacije Nis, Teledirekt Beograd, Film klub Extra Beograd and KDS Internet TV Zajecar have ceased to exist.

– The status change of acquisition by the company Preduzece za telekomunikacije Telekom Srbija, as the acquirer company, and the companies Krajnalic komunikacije Nis, Teledirekt Beograd, Film klub Extra Beograd and KDS Internet TV Zajecar, as the acquired companies which cease to exist with the acquisition, due to which they are deleted from the Company Register, is entered into the Company Register – says the registration submission at the SBRA.

All four companies are already 100% owned by the state-owned Telekom – two were bought in February, and two in April this year.

Film klub Extra is registered for the production of cinematography works, audio-visual products and TV program, and Telekom became its owner on February 9, 2024.

On the date of June 30, 2024, its assets amounted to RSD 436,779.57 and zero dinars in obligations, whereas the capital is equal to the assets.

The assets and the obligations, according to the draft agreement of the status change of the acquisition, are transferred to Telekom.

KDS Internet TV is registered for cable communications, and it has been owned by Telekom since February 20, 2024.

On the date of June 30, 2024, had assets worth RSD 2.48 million, obligations of RSD 1.49 million, and a capital of RSD 1.5 million.

The assets and the obligations are transferred to Telekom.

Teledirekt is registered for other retail outside stores, counters and open markets, and it has been owned by Telekom since April 10, 2024.

On the date of June 30, 2024, the company had assets of RSD 364 million, obligations of RSD 307.5 million, and a capital of RSD 56.6 million.

The assets and the obligations are transferred to Telekom.

Krajnalic komunikacije is registered for wireless communications, and it has been owned by Telekom since April 26, 2024.

On the date of June 30, 2024, had assets of RSD 66 million, obligations of RSD 14 million and a capital of RSD 51.7 million.

The assets and the obligations are also transferred to Telekom.
