Leading Croatian group of touristic agencies "Adriatika.net" is entering a strategic partnership with Slovenian "Kompas" company

A leading group of touristic agencies from Zagreb "Adriatika.net" and the biggest Slovenian organizer of vacations and travellings, "Kompas" from Ljubljana, have announced a strategic connecting and creation of strong European touristic corporation.

The Management of both companies announced that they had reached agreement about strategic connecting in conditions of stronger and greater competition in touristic market of Europe and the world, which means necessary adjustment of business to new trends and technologies.

Because of that 'Adriatika.net' group and 'Kompas', wishing to make quicker growth, turnet to each other and to development of strong European touristic concern and joint appearance at the global touristic market.

It is estimated that so far the successfull business of both partners is a good ground for creating results in the next period which would over pass the one from 2005 (932.000 of travellers and 281 millions eur of profit) and reach amount of 3 millions travellers and billion eur of profits with expansion of office networks to 30 countries.
