European bank for rennovation and development is becoming a co-owner of Croatian "Agrokor"

European bank for rennovation and development (EBRD) is supposed to become from May, 2006, owner of 10% of the capital of Croatian "Agrokor".

Media in Croatia are talking about a finalization of capitalization worth 110 millions eur. Owner of "Agrokor", Ivica Todorovic will still manage the company, because he will keep 90% of the shares.

"Agrokor" still doesn't want to make any comments about this information. However, it is known that Agrokor has been cooperating with EBRD already for years, and that in some time this bank gave a credit of 170 millions eur to this company.
