Ušuškana je u zaliv obrastao maslinama koje su starije i od 1000 godina, a zovu je i Uvala Maslina. Ovo mjesto skriva jednu od najljepših plaža u Crnoj Gori. Udaljena je 14 km od Bara

Obala je uglavnom stjenovita sa skrivenim , usamljenim šljunkovitim plažama. U Utjehi postoje dve plaže - Velika plaža (Utjeha ili Uvala maslina) i mala plaža. Velika plaža Utjeha zauzima 5250m? sa prostorom od 185m dužine i 25m širine. Na njoj se nalazi specifičan krupan kamen tzv. oblutak. Iza plaže nalazi se prelep maslinjak star preko 1000 godina.

Vidikovac ili takozvana „ Hladna Uvala“ je drugo veoma lijepo i živopisno mjesto u Utjehi. Poznato je po brojnim izvorima hladne, slatke vode koji pružaju efekat hidroterapije.
