First permits for investment banking in Serbia in 12 years issued to Alta Bank

The Securities Commission has adopted the decision by which a permit for the carrying out of activities of an investment company is issued to Alta banka a.d.

With this permit, said bank acquires the right to provide investment services and activities in line with the Law on the Capital Market.

– The issuing of this permit is an important event in the local financial market, considering that this is the first permit of this kind issued to a bank after 12 years. This move opens new possibilities for the further strengthening of the competitiveness and stability of the financial sector in Serbia – the commission points out.

The expansion of the activities of Alta Bank to investment banking is expected to contribute to the further development of the capital market and provide the clients with an even wider range of financial products and services.

Buduća zgrada objedinjuje novo sedište banke, stambene jedinice, kancelarijske prostore za izdavanje, kao i trgovinske i ugostiteljske sadržaje u okviru javnog prostora na nivou ulice.

Toranj će biti smešten u Bloku 32, u neposrednoj blizini Merkator šoping centra, na lokaciji gde se sada nalazi centralna zgrada Alta banke, na uglu Bulevara Zorana Đinđića i Bulevara umetnosti..

Buduća kula imaće 79.470 m2 BRGP i biće spratnosti 3Po+P+Me+34.

Stambene jedinice će, kako je obavio Bureau cube partners, biti smeštene na višim spratovima tornja, dok će kancelarijski prostori za izdavanje biti u podijumu. Sedište Alta Banke zauzimaće niže spratove tornja i gornje spratove podijuma, dok su izvršni spratovi banke smešteni na vrhu kule.

Projekat uključuje i novi pešački trg.

Planirano je i oko 140 stanova za 400 stanovnika, a procenjeno je i da će biti i novih oko 200 radnika. (2025)
