Foundation of a company which would be managing industrial zone in Sabac, capital invested by Italians as well

Representatives of Italian company "Kosekon", SO Sabac and company Free zone "Belgrade" signed a document about foundation of a joint company which will be managing the idnustrial zone in Sabac.

In the company, which will be founded in a month, the firm from Italy will have a share of 51%, Sabac county 25%, while the rest will be a property of free zone "BELGRADE". By the contract it is determined the starting investing amount of 50.000 eur, and the partners should finish capitalization within a year with a sum not less than 4.5 millions eur.

Inustrial zone in Sabac will be successfull if it manages in attracting Italian investors, but this will depend on the speed of building a highway which will connect Novi Sad, Loznica, and Pozega with Sabac.
