National TV frequencis in Serbia have been given to the following televisions:Avala, B92, Pink, Fox, Kosava and Happy TV, while the national radio program will in future broadcast Radio B92, Indeks, Radio S, Fokus and Roudstar radio

Council of the Republican radio difusional agency (RRA) has decided to give permitions for broadcasting of television program on the territory of whole Serbia to television Avala, B92, Pink, Fokus, as well as to Kosava and Happy TV which will together use one network.

RRA Council decided on April, 20th, 2006, to give permition for broadcasting of radio program with national coverage to a total of 5 networks, Radio B92, Indeks, Radio S, Fokus and Roudstar raio.

Super television from Subotica got permition for broadcasting of radio program for the area of Autonomous province of Vojvodina. As there weren't any applications for broadcasting of radio program for the territory of Vojvodina, RRA will repear the contest for only this coverage zone.

However, this kind of election for national frequencis was not recieved with approval, and RTV5 from Nis and international RTL which had been rejected announced that they would fight against this RRA's decision with all legal means, including involvement of European institutions.
