"Milan Stepanovic-Matroz" company still waits for its buyer, refused offer of "S&A Capital limited" company from British virgin islands

Tender sale of 97% of the capital of 'Milan Stepanovic-Matroz" company from Sremska Mitrovica was finished unsuccessfull.

For the purchase of Matroz the offer gave only one company 'S&A Capital limited' from the British virgin islands, but the tender comission evaluated it as unacceptable.

In the explaination of the tender comission was stated that the offered price for taking over of Matroz was too low, that the investing program was unsatisfactory, and also that the offer was conditioned.

Tender for Matroz sale, whose primary activity is paper production was published in November of 2005, after this company went through the procedure of restructuring.
