It is still not certian who will build a new bridge at Beska, soon a meeting of Serbian officials with representatives of the European bank for rennovation and development

Minister for capital investments of Serbia, Velimir Ilic, announced that he had asked a new meeting with representatives of the European bank for rennovation and development (EBRD) which is crediting a construction of a bridge at Beska, on which should be solved the dilemma weather this work would get a domestic company "Mostogradnja" or the second runner, foreign company from the tender.

As Ilic explained, the mentioned job "Mostogradnja" got at the international tender, but EBRD noticed that this company gave in false business balance calculations, and therefore this bank insists that the job is given to the second-runner. However, minister of financies, Mladjan Dinkic had announced possibility that Serbia drops from this EBRD credit because of this, minister Ilic says that it is highly unlikely.

"This bridge is necessary to us and we can not wait. If EBRD stays to his demand, we will have to talk to the new conductors about hiring Mostogradnja at least in some works.", stated Ilic.
