Vranje looking for private partner for public transport – Price RSD 4.6 billion

The City of Vranje has published the tender for the entrusting of the activity of public urban and suburban transport of passengers in the territory of the city of Vranje through a public-private partnership with concession elements, and the value of the job has been estimated at RSD 4.6 billion, without the VAT.

The service is sought for a period of 10 years.

– In case there are two or more offers with the same price, the procuring entity will award the contract to the bidder which offers the longer payment deadline – says the tendering documentation.
