Regulations about the conditions of providing Internet services

Agency for telecommunications has announced an outline of Regulations about the conditions of providing Internet services and contents of the approval.

By the Regulations are being determined technical conditions for providing Internet service and it is being regulated the following: application contents, issuing of approval for providing Internet services, comittments of the approval owner, limitations in approval, rental of lines and inter connections, prices of providing Internet services, disconnection of the subscriber, responsibilities of the Agency, authorizing of telecommunications controler, prohibition of transport, as well as application form and approval forms.

The outline of the Regulations is at the moment at the public discussion in duration of 14 days from publishing and it is expected that interested organizations, before all Internet providers union states their opinion and notices.
