Red pepper in cream cheese champion of Novi Sad's fair

Comission of Novi Sad's fair for evaluation of quality of milk and dairy products, gave the Great golden medal to the products of DOO Frigomlek from Bukovac near Jagodina, as well as 4 golden medals, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal, and the product of red peppers in cream cheese, was given a 100 points and was made champion of the fair.

From the pallete of 12 products of Frigomlek which was evaluated by the comission with Zora Mijacevic as the leading member, from the Faculty of veterinary medicine in Belgrade, a 100 points was also given to the extra sour milk with 6% of the milk fat.

This Jagodina's company, which is doing purchasing and processing of milk on the area of Pomoravski county since 1998, was also given the goblet of Novi Sad's fair for the overall quality of dairy products.

The evaluation was done during the 73rd International agricultural fair in Novi Sad, and for evaluation was proposed 320 products from 40 producers from Serbia and Montenegro, Croatia, Serbian Republic and Slovenia.
