The transport company Lasta will transport first passengers on its new bus line Belgrade-Ptuj-Maribor-Graz-Linz on Wednesday (September 28, 2011), and departures from the Belgrade Bus Station will from now on be at 9 PM every second Wednesday and Sunday, while departures from Linz are at 3.30 PM on Friday and Tuesday.

- In this way we again meet the demands of our clients, which is why we have come to an idea to introduce a line to connect Serbia, Slovenia and Austria - said Ana Petrovic of Lasta.

The price of a return ticket to Linz is EUR 96. The purchased ticket is valid for three months. Children under 10 pay 50% of the ticket price, while retired persons are entitled to a 10% discount on the regular price of the ticket.

In order to pick up passengers, buses on this line will stop in Belgrade, at bus stations in Ptuj and Maribor in Slovenia, as well as in Austria - in Graz (Hauptbahnhof), Wels (Elsenfeldstrasse) and, finally, Linz (Industriezell).

This new line is established in association with companies Veolia Pozarevac, Veolia Styria Maribor and Blagus Austria.

Tickets can be bought in all Lasta offices in Belgrade - 1a Savski Trg, 35-39 Balkanska, Last Bus Station (Zeleznicka street), in Novi Sad and Kragujevac, as well as at the Nis Travel Agency.
