Jat Catering goes on auction block on November 11 - Starting price of RSD 106.4 million

An auction for the sale of Jat Catering, a company that prepares meals for airplane passengers, is scheduled for November 11th, and the starting price is set at RSD 106.4 million, the Privatization Agency announced today.

That is the third attempt at selling Jat Catering. Previous two auctions, at which the starting price was RSD 160.2 million, were unsuccessful.

A deposit for participation in the auction amounts to RSD 53.2 million, whereas the deadline to submit applications is November 3rd.

The buyer will have an obligation to invest minimum RSD 27.9 million in Jat Catering.

The total value of the 70-percent stake in Jat Catering, which will be offered for sale at this auction, is estimated at RSD 667.6 million.

That company owns a catering facility, spanning 7,519 square meters, in Belgrade's borough of Surcin.
