CTP Property Beta planning construction of warehouse-business complex in Novi Sad

CTP Property Beta from Belgrade is planning the construction of a warehouse-business complex in the industrial zone North 1 in Novi Sad. This is the project CTPark Novi Sad City, which, as Petar Kolognat, CTP Business Development Director, told eKapija, is in the final phase, and the works are expected to begin by the end of summer at the latest. The area of the parcel is 207,179 m2.

The complex is located in the east half of the parcel and consists of: two warehouse-business facilities (halls), a guardhouse and a pumping station with tanks for sprinkler and hydrant networks. The construction is planned to be carried out in a single phase.

The first hall has only the ground floor in one part and two floors (the ground floor and the upper floor) in the other and is positioned in the southeast part of the parcel. It is rectangular in shape and the majority of the facility is the ground floor, except in the part near the entrance (south side) where a gallery is planned. The gross area of all the floors is 14,103.50 m2.

The second facility has the same arrangement of floors, with a gross area of 27,328.69 m2. It is positioned in the northeast part of the parcel. The majority of the facility is the ground floor, except in the part near the entrance (south side) where a gallery is planned.

The facilities will be equipped with solar photovoltaic panels on the roofs.

The urban project was prepared by A.R.Hitekt 5 from Novi Sad.

The public inspection lasts until June 30.
