At the end of March 2005, Meridian Banka to select strategic partner, French Credit Agricole - one of candidates

Meridian Banka from Novi Sad announced that the invitation tender for selection of strategic partner would be ended before the end of March 2005. Together with strategic partner, starting from April 2005, the bank will quickly move toward winning of 10% of banking market of Serbia.

On January 18, 2005, Meridian Banka announced that French bank Credit Agricole was interested in additional capitalization of that Novi Sad-based bank.
