Fertilizer factory from Pancevo sold for 13 millions eur

Fertilizer factory in Pancevo has been sold for 13 millions eur to a consortium of lithuanian companies Arvi and Saniteks and Belgrade's Universal, as announced by the Agency for privatization. The majority participation of 65% in this consortium has ARVI company. The new owner of Pancevo's fertilizer factory made a comittment to invest in it 30 millions eur and accepted all additional requests from the social program. The offers on the tender for sale of 100% of HIP-Fertilizer factory's capital, which was in restructurating, were given by a consortium of Farmakom from Sabac and Sojaprotein from becej, a Hungarian company Notrogenmuvek and Emfesz and Agrofert from Czech republic. Tender comission has determined that the offer of Emfesz doesn't fill up all qualification conditions, while the offer of Farmakom and Sojaprotein has been proclaimed non-valid.
