With the oppening of the new department for machine processing of casting, whose equipment costed 300.000 eur, in Topola was marked the anniversery since "Livnica" went into majority ownership of Slovenian company "Livar group".

According to the words of the director, Gordan Markovic, "Livnica" went through the most difficult phase by privatization of complete business doubtfullness and from a community company became successfully a share-holders firm, which experienced a period of investments during the past year. The president of the managers board of "Livar group", Bostjan Merenko pointed that by the coming of majority owner had been done major changes, specially in repair of machines and building in of a filter in the department for finalization and building in of frequenci electrical stoves.
