Dušan Živković appointed General Director of EPS

The Supervisory Board of EPS JSC has appointed Dušan Živković as General Director, the company announced.

The press release says that he has been appointed as the General Director within the legal timeframe, as he was appointed to the position of Acting Director on June 15, 2023.

– The appointment of the General Director is the beginning of forming the executive management that will operationally manage the Company in close cooperation with the Supervisory Board and, among other things, implement the recently adopted Transformation Plan of the Company – it is added.

It is also said that, as an electrical engineer, Živković has more than 30 years of experience in investments, financing, engineering, design of energy systems, as well as control systems and their implementation in EPS.
