Company Metalac considering entering new businesses – Investment in green energy and artificial intelligence announced too

The company Metalac is still planning to grow its business, invest in aspects of green energy and artificial intelligence, as well as a further modernization of its five production companies, store chains in Serbia and Montenegro, and it is not excluding the possibility of entering new businesses either, the company announced.

The composition of the supervisory and executive boards of Metalac has remained the same, thanks to, as pointed out, good business results, investments in development projects, an innovative approach and the maintained brand reputation.

Dragoljub Vukadinovic, who has been at the head of Metalac for a full 35 years, remains the chairman of the Supervisory Board for the next four years as well. The team which features long-standing associates, professors and doctors of science also remains: Dragan Djuricin, Dragan Loncar, Goran Pitic and Goran Petkovic.

Thanks to the achieved results, as said, Radmila Trifunovic remains the general manager of Metalac a.d. while also performing the function of the executive director for finance and logistics. Her team remains the same as well: the executive director for development, digital communications, IT and marketing, Vojin Vukadinovic; for human resources, rights and workplace safety, Biljana Cvetic, who has also been appointed secretary of the company; for sales and procurement, Marina Jevtic; and the executive director for production, Veljko Vukadinovic.

The Commission for the Reviewing of the Supervisory Board, led by the authorized auditor Petar Grubor, has been elected as well.

After the General Assembly looked into the business report and the consolidated financial reports on June 7, it adopted the decision on the distribution of the profit to the shareholders with a dividend of RSD 90 (gross amount) per share.
