Construction of new tourism complex with vacation houses planned on Kopaonik

On a parcel of 3,639 m2 in the weekend settlement Treska on Kopaonik, the plan is to build a new tourism complex – 21 vacation houses, as can be seen from the urban planning project that the Municipality of Raska has put up for public inspection.

A total of 20 facilities of smaller areas (16 facilities of 6.6 x 5.2 m and four of 7.2 x 5.5 m) and one double facility of 26 x 7.4 m are planned. The total gross developed floor area is 1,439 m2.

The investor is a natural person, and the project was prepared by Decor Line 036 from Raska.

The public inspection will last until June 11.
