Merrill Lynch to give concrete suggestion for privatization of NIS in one month

Privatization councillor of Petroleum Industry of Serbia, company Merrill Lynch, will give the first concrete suggestion for privatization of national petroleum company in one month.

"Merrill Lynch already has some preliminary analyses, but it will give concrete recommendation for privatization of NIS to the Government of Serbia in 30 days", said Miroljub Labus at the Energy Summit on Balkanian Oil Pipelines.

The tender for privatization councillor for NIS was announced at the end of August 2005 and the privatization councillor was selected in January 2006.

The privatization councillor should give the best recommendation for privatization of NIS.
