Construction of Shop Park shopping center on 11,000 m2 in Arandjelovac begins

The works on the new shopping center Shop Park Arandjelovac have begun. The investor, Niksen Real Estate, has obtained all the permits, which have enabled the beginning of the works on the construction of the shopping center, which will be opened in October this year.

Shop Park Arandjelovac will be located in the South Industrial Zone, only three kilometers away from the city center, at the very exit from the new Vozd Karadjordje highway, making it even more attractive for the whole region.

Niksen Real Estate will invest EUR 15 million and build 11,000 m2 of retails space which will feature 20 retail outlets on an area of 3 hectares.

Over 300 parking spaces will also be available to the visitors, and the space is also meant to occasionally serve for the organization of various types of events.
