Residential Complex Verde 11 to Be Raised in Tatarsko Brdo Near Novi Sad – 331 Apartments, 16 Outlets, Closed Park of 6,500 Square Meters…

At the beginning of the Tatarsko Brdo neighborhood near Novi Sad, the construction of the residential complex Verde 11 has begun, which, all things considered, will become a new symbol of a modern, family way of life in this part of the city.

This complex, with a panoramic view to the Danube, consists of 11 units, 331 apartments, 451 garage spaces, 16 outlets and a closed park of 6,500 m2.

Construction in four phases is planned, and the completion of the first one is expected in the spring of 2026.

– This, we believe, is only the beginning of a new era for the location itself, but also for Novi Sad, a city which strives for an economic boom and urban modernization – the investors say.
