Swisslion Takovo takes over management over Macedonian company "Agroplod", planned to buy off state's share

"Swisslion" company from Takovo, which is in property of Serbian enterpriser Rodoljub Draskovic, intensified its production and investing in Macedonia, especially by entering in the company "Agroplod" from Resen, which was running slow.

After buying off for about one million eur 25.4% of the shares of Resen company, in the last week of March of 2006, at Macedonian stock exchange, the management of 'Swisslion" announced that soon it will take over the managing package of shares, by buying off of the state's share of 20% of the capital in this firm, after which it should be finished the capitalization. As announced, "Swisslion" should invest in "Agroplod' 5 millions eur.
