English Investment Fund Altima Partners interested in stocks of Mercator - 170 EUR per stock

On the fourth of April, English Investment Fund Altima Partners announced to public that it intended to purchase up to 24.99% of all issued stocks of Slovenian Mercator.
The price Altime offers for one stock of Mercator is 170 EUR. Present price at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange is 164 EUR.

In the realization of this business, Altima will be represented by Slovenian broker company Ilirika. The banking guarantee for procurement of all stocks will be issued by the office of Deutsche Bank in London.
