Company “Hungest hotels” from Hungary, which bought hotels “Topola” and “Centar” at Montenegrin seaside two years ago and, thus, became owner of 33% of stocks of Hotel-Tourism Company “Boka” from Herceg Novi, applied for new tender for procurement of another 6 Montenegrin hotels.
Although the deadline for delivery of offers to these tenders is June 30, 2006, “Hungest hotels” has already paid mandatory deposit of 200,000 EUR to the Agency for Restructuring of Economy and Foreign Investments of Montenegro.
The tenders are announced for sale of total of 6 hotels and several catering facilities on the most attractive locations along the Montenegrin coast, the owners of which are HTP “Boka” and UTIP “Crna Gora” from Podgorica. Let us remind that Hotel-Tourism Company “Boka” owns hotels “Plaža”, “Tamaris” and “Igalo”, as well as few attractive locations, whereas UTIP “Crna Gora” owns hotels “Ljubović”, “Zlatica” and “Crna Gora”.
The previous tender for “Boka”, announced in May 2005, was cancelled because Czech-based compay “PQ Consulting” gave up procurement.
