European Union Partner of 91st Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad

The partner of the 91st International Agricultural Fair, which will be held from May 18 through 23, is the European Union.

At the end of January this year, the Protocol on Business Cooperation of the Novi Sad Fair and the EU Delegation to Serbia was signed between the head of the EU Delegation, ambassador Emanuele Giaufret, and the executive manager of Novi Sad Fair, Nikola Lovric.

– Fifteen years ago, at the Novi Sad Fair, we introduced the institution of the “Country Partner” and it is interesting that all those who have carried the title so far have been EU member states. The EU, as a partner with its 27 states, represents 450 million citizens.

At the same time, we point out that this Agricultural Fair will be much stronger and better. We have learned that the European Union, as a partner, has also attracted others, so we have exhibitors from another 20 states or so. At the moment, we have registered exhibitors from more than 40 states from nearly all continents, except Australia – said Lovric, as announced in the press release of the Novi Sad Fair.
