More Foreign Nationals Buying Real Estate in Serbia

In 2023, there was a growth of the share of foreign nationals in the real estate market of Serbia, announced the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA).

Of the total number of purchasers, the share of those who have residency outside of Serbia increased to 4.81%, compared to 2022, when it amounted to 2.93%, the RGA announced on X.

In 2023, the total number of the realized real estate sales and purchases amounted to 121,627, which is a reduction of 13% compared to 2022. However, compared to the pre-pandemic year 2019, the number of the realized transaction agreements is higher by 15.7%.
