Expropriation for Construction of Railroad from Zemun Polje to Future National Stadium Begins

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision by which it has determined a public interest for the expropriation, that is, the administrative transfer of real estate, incomplete expropriation of real estate – by determining the right of easement and the right of lease for up to three years, as well as a temporary occupancy of the real estate, to the end of the construction of the railroad from Zemun Polje to the river Sava – stage I: Zemun Polje-National Stadium.

These are properties in the cadaster municipalities Zemun Polje, Surcin and Dobanovci, and in line with the General Regulation Plan of the Rail Systems in Belgrade.

The Republic of Serbia is set as the beneficiary of the expropriation.
