Subotica to Get Ice Hockey Rink – Seeking Planners

The City of Subotica has opened the public procurement procedure for the project documentation for an ice hockey rink in that city.

A sports hall meant for ice hockey needs to be designed. The dimensions of the rink should be 61 m x 30 m with rounded corners. The protective fence of the rink should be 120 cm tall and made of hard plastic.

All the side rooms should be planned in the facility, such as the entrance hall, toilets for men and women, locker rooms with toilets and shower stalls, an equipment room, a locker room with a toilet and a shower stall for the referee, a first aid room, a doping control room, an office for the administration, a media room, a VIP salon, a locker room and a toilet for the staff and a crawlspace.

Above the rooms, stands with 280-300 seats should be formed.

The value of the procurement is not cited, but the city budget for this year sets aside RSD 15.5 million for the preparation of the project-technical documentation for an ice hockey rink.
