Fluid Slovenia bought company Utva Vozila Pančevo

Company Utva - vozila from Pančevo was sold at the starting price of 98.6 million CSD to company Fluid from Slovenia. Fluid produces cisterns for transportation of dangerous matters and the intention of new owners is to expand capacities of Utva. According to the opinion of new owners, disregarding the debt of 213.3 million CSD, there is possibility that Utva's products will appear on the markets in Serbia and abroad.
