Chamber of commerce of Serbia announced tender for procurement of land for new business building - 16.5 million EUR

Chamber of Commerce of Serbia has announced tender for collecting of offers for location for construction of its new business building. That location should have surface of 1-1.5 ha. The new business building of Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, according to the plan, will have one underground and seven overground floors on surface of 18,000-20,000 square meters. The deadline for delivery of offers is April 28. Public opening of the bids will take place on May 9, 2006. According to the estimate of the representatives of Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, the construction of new business building will cost about 16.5 million EUR.

At the moment, Chamber of Commerce of Serbia owns and uses buildings on three locations. The plan is that the office space in these buildings be offered for rent after construction of the new facility, in which all agencies of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia will be settled.
